Thermaltake Xpressar Case

Has anybody got a Thermaltake Xpressar case? They say it is 20ºC cooler than liquid cooling. I am wondering if this would be the best case to get for my new build in terms of overclocking.

You don't need a lot of cooling to overclock at all. Airflow is overrated.
