| A very good bit of advice i was given and have tested successfully is to use plenty of oil when cutting. Pretty much any oil will do the job. It makes blades and cutting disks last much much longer and it makes the cutting much easier and quicker. Be warned, it gets messy. To get the oil off the case once finished, washing up liquid and warm water does a great job. If its a steel case, remember to dry it as thoroughly as possible or the cut edges will begin to rust slightly. The above makes drilling much easier and quicker too. |
