hi guys

ive installed a new black ink cartridge for my printer and it comes up in the lcd display error code 50c ive unplugged the power cord and put it in again, cleaned the connectors and i still get the error any help

printer is a dell A940 its a remanufactured one ive cleaned the connectors and the nozzles and still it says error

After a bit of research people suggest that it could be because the colour cartridge is low(makes no sense I know but hey)

Is this ink cartridges by Dell? Or made by another company that were much less expensive?
