| or help? I just borowed my buddy's Scanner, and I have it plugged in to power and USB and the computer Dings when I plug it in. I downloaded the Driver Software from the website. When I try to "Connect" the computer to the Scanner, it fails every time. What can I do? Thanks-Aaron |

| Disconnect the scanner, install the software and turn off computer.Plug in scanner and turn computer back on. Windows should then kick in and guide you. Good Luck, UJ |

| Unplug your scanner, uninstall the driver and restart your PC. Make sure that you got the right driver for the type or model of scanner you have. Reinstall the driver and restart your PC. Plug the scanner to USB port and your PC should start recognizing the scanner at this point.I had the same problem before with my scanner. It started working only after doing this procedure. |
