HI,
Printer has been working fine until I really need it. I tried reinstalling several times. Shut off the printer and computer. When I print the test page the little colored flag is all that is printed. When I print a document with a border, the border prints but no text.
The printer is less than a year old and has not been used much.
Thanks for any advice.
