Hi,

I've recently aquired a Sony Handycam and am trying to capture the audio and video from the camcorder to my PC. However, I only seem to be able to get the video onto my computer.

Does anybody have any suggestions on what I should do?

Cheers,
Stu

The usb cable that came with your camcorder supports video and audio files.

Have you installed the drivers for the 'corder?

What software are you using to import the files into? (I just use moviemaker).

Cheers Alex. I used moviemaker and it's capturing fine.

Can I be cheeky and ask if you could suggest any easy to use editing packages?

I've got a trial version of Premier Pro which I'm thinking of giving a go.
