My problem is that I can scan photos and print them but it won't scan to the computer. I get the message."An unspecified error occured while your pictures were being copied. (OX80210001)". Also when I print something a message comes up saying the document failed to print but yet it does print perfectly. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled without any success. Can anyone help please. :sigh:
