at work we have the printer above and atm we cant print anything because its got a paper jam but ive open it up and i cant see it anywere atall also another IT mate of mine has had a look at it and he cant see a jam in it aswell can anyone help

Have you tried resetting it? Pulling the power plug?

There'll be a manual with it.

Paper strips can get stuck invisibly under feed bars, all sorts.

If not you can always call out an engineer to tut over it, it's a company printer.

As Spot said, there is probably just something holding up one of the switches that detects a paper jam. Just have a real good look over it, you may have to part take it apart.
