Hi, new here, hope I can find help here.
I bought the HP Elite (I think thats what its called) last year it came with the printer/scanner combo. I recently installed the printer and it will not print .xlr .txt .doc or anything EXCEPT websites through File -> Print I uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice, looked all over the web and found dead ends. When trying to print a txt or spreadsheet (.xlr) it will pull the paper through, sound like its printing only for about 10 seconds and push the rest of the paper though blank. Am I going to have to make my spreadsheets into an HTML and print them through a website or what lol. Well its probably something stupid or I'm overlooking something, but any help is apreciated and thanks in advance. |
