Default HP1015 Laser Printer Problem

Hi folks,
Hope i'm posting in the right forum,
having a problem with the print outs on this lately.

The text is fine and clear, but I'm getting kinda of a ghosting effect here and there on the page where it should be white.

Ran a test page and its fine, but for instance, there is Windowx XP on the header and about half way down this is repeated in a faint way, and similar ghosting as I call it elsewhere.

I cant see how to run a clean up of the printer, but if its the current page i'm printing that is ghosting I don't think that would solve it.

Its only 4yrs old but used very little just for my own personal use.

any ideas guys, thanks,

Refer to HP manuals on instructions on howto clean your printer
link
As for the ghosting, after a cleanup, make sure its not just set to do in printer configurations the manuals are always a great help when trying to fix a printer issue.
