I have one of those multi function printer/fax/scanner units that stopped working. I really need something to replace it but it needs to be extremely compact.

Any suggestions on brand names and model numbers that might work?

The only extremely compact solution I know is http://www.superwarehouse.com/Canon_...60-414/p/17530 in a BJ-85. Mobile faxing's a function of a fax modem though, not a flat box that'll fit with your laptop into the same shoulder bag.

I use a Epson Stylus DX4000 its smallish and works well however it may be too big for what your looking for
