hi, im using the hp pavilion dv9500 notebook. my webcam's not functioning properly. at times the cam is running like it should be but after a while the next thing you know, it'll say it cant detect any webcam, or the webcam is not plugged in. btw, im using msn messenger and skpye.

hp has this software called "HP Webcam" i used to click it to check if my webcam's working or not. when its not working the screen just showed the hp logo, tat's all

i tried to get help from windows help but it didn't do much. at times its working just fine and the next thing u noe it's not working anymore.

i've tried checking the device manager and everything is working fine, there was no problem found. could it be the driver? but i just bought this laptop abt a month ago.

TQ
