I tried to install my existing Lexmark X7170 on my new Dell computer. It seems to install OK, but the MS works program that came preinstalled won't print anything. I did get the printer to print a test page when I was prompted to print a self alignment page.
Not sure at this point if it is a problem with the printer or if it's the works word processor program. A MS Works9 disc came with the computer, but it doesn't appear to install. Any ideas? Ron |
