Printer producing blank sheets even though the ink is full. Previous cartridge indicated 11% of black ink left. recently replaced new one and still producing blank pages.
I have also noticed how slow it has began to print as well. As it is also a scanner/copier I also tried to photocopy and still blank. Could it be the mechanics? I have had it for only 2 years. Any help greatly appreciated. |

sounds like mabye the thing were the ink comes out may be plugged up look at that area of it and try cleaning it
