I have recently sent a client a Jpeg attachment via email and she has advised me that when she opened the jpeg and pressed the print icon she was shown two pages of explicit imagery.

I know nothing about the images in question and have no trace of them when i click the print icon on my own pc.. just various other images stored in photo print wizard from my own personal files.

Am I right in thinking these images must be on my clients pc? If so is there anywhere I can get something official in writing that I can send her as I would hate for it to look like a personal accusation.. but obviously i would like to clear my name and reputation!!

Thanks.

Is it an online photo host?

I have never heard of anything like this. Can you say exactly how you are sending the images.

Thanks for the response..

I emailed one jpeg attachment.. client then opened the attachment, clicked print icon at bottom of page.. it then opened up in photo print wizard where two pages of images appeared for her to selcet which images she wanted to print.. these are the images that she thinks I have sent her along side the business document..

Hope all that makes sense!

So you just uploaded the photo directly from your computer into an email attachment?
