Ok, so first of all, Hi everyone, I'm back for some more advice :)

I'm needing a printer for Uni stuff, but I have no idea which companies are good/bad, or what models are very good value for money, so here are my requirements:
  • Black and white only needed
  • Laser
  • Duplex
  • Multifunction
  • Automatic scanner (you can put a pile of sheets to scan in, and it does one after another until they're all done, rather than have to change sheet manually each time)
  • Budget of as little more than £100 as possible, but no more than £200 definatly

I don't want a top quality one, but I want one that is acceptable, I'm getting funding for about £80-£94 worth of it (not sure if I get vat on top or not) and any extra I have to pay myself.

Running costs (toner prices) isn't much of an issue for me either, as I get funding for upto £200 a year for ink and paper.

So, does anyone have any ideas where to start?

Dell *Shudders* seem to do pretty decent laser printers, they're all over our college. Have a look into them?

Np. There was an advert I think for Kodak printers which save money on inks and toners, they might be worth a look too

I've been having a look around, and it seems dell only do inkjet multi-function at my budget (and don't have the requirements that I need) And from the looks of it neither do Kodak, although with my browsing, I think I've found the best for the price. It seems to do everything other than duplex printing (It does Duplex colour scanning, which for me is more important), along with everything else, for about £115 (inc VAT) according to reviews, the print quality could be better, but as I'm only needing it for printing out text documents for lecture notes etc, it should be good enough. For anyone that's interested, the printer I found is this one

Cheers for the help though, and if you (or anyone else) has come across a printer that will do even more than that one, for a similar (or not too much higher price) please let me know :)
