I need a printer for "Spectra Optia Apheresis System"

Printer Requirments:
Printer must be network compatible. the ystem cannon cummunicate with the USB or parallel printers

Printer must be compatible with Adobe PostScrip3 page description language. The systm does not communicate properly with printers that are only compatible with earlier versions of this language

Printer must have configurable IP address. the address you assign to the printer must begin with 172.21 to correspond with the system's address. An example of suitable printer address is 172.21.175.254

Cable you use to connect your printer to the system must be a cross-over cable, not a standard network cable.

I know this is strange. but i despretly need it.

The links on the site directed me to printers that are 500+ dollar laser printers but I am only going to be using this printer 2 or 3 times a day and i find that unneccesary

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS

As this is specialist equipment, your best bet would be to talk to the technical support people and ask them to recommend a cheaper (possibly inkjet) network printer.

Every current HP laserjet series and color laserjet is Adobe Postscript 3 compatible and some can be bought new at $150 networked.

Every ethernet-enabled printer will plug in to the system with a crossover ethernet cable and configure for the IP address range you want.
