Hi all,
I have a Nikon Coolpix 3700 camera, and I am having problems with the recording. It used to work fine, but up until about a year ago, we can't get the recording playback to work like it should. When a recording is being taken, the noise that should be picked up by the camera, it is very low or not at all. Instead, when I do a recording of something that normally it would pick up, on the playback on the computer, it can barely be heard, and if a normal sound/noise, it cannot be heard. The sound on the computer is fine, so it shouldn't be directly with that. I think the camera has been reset, and spending time on the phone with Nikon support did not help. Does anyone know what the problem is, or how to fix this problem? Thanks, Jason |
