i an running windows 98 on virtualpc2007 for my scanner which is a epson expression 636 i downloaded the scan 2 utility for 98 and the TWAIN driver for 98 but i install the scan 2 utility but there isnt anyway to install the TWAIN drivers i treid putting the dll file things in windows system32 drivers still didnt work

Have you plugged in the scanner to see if windows will build the driver for you?

yes pluged it in with a printer cable because it came with a card with the port for a different plug that is on the back but it was a skuzzy i think thats what there called on 98 there is only an option to add printers not scanners it is not on the list in xp

Try the website, they have the twain drivers there.

i did thats were i got them from i got them for 98 too i installed the scan 2 utillity i just cant find a way to install the TWAIN drivers
