| it depends on the model of your camera. Out of experience i know that SONY tries to push for it's dead-beat horse, the Memory Sticks (Duo). If it is capable to accept SD-chips (short for SECURE DIGITAL) go with them, SD-memory is extremely cheap these days, can be used in many other gadgets (MP3 players, after-market car-stereo's, cellphones, computers). Also depending on the MEGAPIXEL resolution oyur camera is capable of, you've to get a bigger storage capacity size. in average 256 or 512 Megabytes is a good fit for most uses. If your camera is capable of being used like a camcorder for recording movies, and you're intending to use that feature you've to look at 1 or 2 or more gigabite SD-chips. Movie clips take a lot more memory-space, as a video is recorded in average 15-30 (picture)frames per second. |

| Memory Stick Duo Pro. The 1G one is pretty good...holds loads of pictures and videos.AND if you have a Sony Vaio laptop, or maybe even a Sony PC, the memory card can just be slotted in to it. |
