which would be a better card for gaming and all round perfromance?
they are about the same price. i know i can get much better cards, but i am on a very strict budget of no more than AU$600 for a whole computer...

any decent cards that are cheap then?
the 9500GT and the 8600GT are about AU$95, so i dont want anything more expensive than that |

See if you can pick up an old 7600. They are just as good as the 8600.
