I just want to confirm that a 9800GX2 will be using both of its cores when in the duel monitor configuration mode.
I dunno... a thought that it may not be just crossed my mind as I was humming in the shower. |

it should be but with 2 seperate sli cards only one moniter so im not 100% shure wait till someone else confirms/disproves

The fact that there are two GPUs on one PCB has nothing to do with dual monitors and it does not have "two cores".
The 9800GX2 is not a good buy anymore, usage of its maximum potential really has to do more with what resolution you are at, what drivers you're running, and what games you play.
