sgtoku is on a distinguished road
Default Ati/Amd's Rad 2900 Pro Graphics Card.

I have links. The new 2900 pro will be sold in limited numbers I have found out. If anyone has not heard on sept 25th they released a much cheaper version of the 2900xt. I have links to it in pounds and in dollars.

Basically it is a clocked down 2900xt and that is all! They are so alike in fact that they are the same exact card in that the GTX and PRO can work crossfire together. It is only a matter of a very EASY overclock to get the PRO to the same speed as the XT with no diffrence.

Infact the Pro can overclock just as good as the XT, and some are saying more. Here is the link to one in pounds. Same or less in price then the 320 bit 8800 gts and to of these in SLI actually will outperform the ultra. Links below.

How much it costs in pounds. You can probly find an even better deal if you looked then this.

In dollar bills.

A more Recent Review of two 2900 XT's in Crossfire against a 8800 Ultra. But wait those arent PRO cards they are the more expensive XT versions?! Why yes they are, though the PRO can go at the same speed and most likely faster with the easiest of overclocks so it is technically like you are looking at two PRO's in this review instead of two XT's!

An early test of the 2900 PRO card alone not slightly overclocked to the gtx standard which is easy though. Can be found here.

While I am definetly no ATI super fan (I stick to what ever I have or can support with my motherboard). It looks to be a great deal, thought I would share this info for those of ya who did not know to much about it.
