 ATI Xpress 1100 Graphics?
Hi.
That gpu is an integrated chipset, and does not have much grunt at all. You're going to struggle mightily to play stalker at any resolution with decent framerates.
I'd highly recommend a dedicated card. X1900's are cheap as chips nowadays and the GT version is an awesome card for the money.
Just ensure your psu can supply enough amp/wattage and has a 6 pin pci-e connector.
