Default Best bang for buck? (Monitors)

Hey all,
I'm looking to buy a new LCD monitor for my PC but I'm on a budget of around £200. I'd prefer a samsung as i love the styles they offer and reliability. But that doesn't mean I'd only consider samsung. I'm looking for a minimum of 20inch wide screen , color black , best time response and dpi ratio for £200 or less.
Any ideas?

I was about to put an order in for this:

But thought i'd double check here first.

Well for a little less, you could get a samsung that is 22", but it only has 5ms response time, rarther than 2ms (here), how much does response time matter to you?

Or for a little over £200 (depending on how close to £200 is your limit) there is one that has 2ms response time and is 22" (here)

Yeh, I did. I went with the 20" version of it and then saw that the 22" one was very little more so thought that was a better option
