Hey all, a friend of mine as asked whats the best graphics card around for playing the most recent and most demanding games regardless of price as he's saving for a high spec rig after Xmas? I've heard the 'ATI 4870' is amongst the top cards currently.

4870x2, GTX 280, 9800GX2 are some of the best, I think.
But in higher resolution with full AA, like the above reply, the 4870x2 is the one. |
