hey guys, i went to nvidia.com and scan for a driver update, result was to download Geforce 8500. But whenever i install this driver i end up with a blue screen. any solutions to this? last time i was able to use Geforce 8500 but now cannot.

Did you uninstall the old driver then install the new one

i did not, i just install it. And i even try auto updating the driver. It also install Geforce 8500. After i restart com, blue screen orrur.

Uninstall the old ones first then.

But if uninstall will i able to see anything? cos i dun not have any graphic card. anyway my com is a clean install vista 32 bit

The OS installs basic device drivers until you install nVidia's.

i tried before already. When i just have a clean install or vista. i tried to install nvidia.. still cannot
