Usually the easiest and quickest way is to simply open up the side panel and have a look on the board itself.

Clicking 'start' then 'run' then typing 'dxdiag' and clicking 'ok' may tell you the manufacturer, model, and revision.

Default Bios problem!!! - Graphics messed up.

This had nothing to do with your BIOS.

Check that the lead from your monitor to the PC is connected properly.

Also check to make sure the graphics card inside the PC is seated correctly, the graphics card is the card that the monitor lead plugs into.

You probably have a faulty graphics card then, have you another you can test with?

That's entirely up to you.

My advice is change the graphics card.

Yes, what GFX card do you have?

If you are unsure, open the PC and it should say on the actual card.
