Default Bios for Sapphire 9600XT DDR2

Hello
I have problem... i need bios to Sapphire 9600XT 256MB DDR2 i was looking on the sapphire website but didnt find it. Anyone can upload for me this bios? Thanks.

Default Bios for Sapphire 9600XT DDR2

if this is so that you can get around the BIOS lock to overclock it I think that you can just use the soft mod drivers
