Which card is better ATI Radeon X1400 or ATI Radeon 6600? note the one has an X and one doesnt

There is no such thing as a radeon 6600.

From a search on google, it looks like the X1400 is a laptop card, Are you looking for a gfx card for a laptop or was it a typo?

I know its a laptop card, I just want to know which is better out of the two. please disregard that it's a laptop card

That's probably impossible then, as Laptop cards, and Desktop cards are never (or atleast I've never seen) Compared between each other, and as they are from different manufacturer, just comparing the clock speeds won't be any good. However one thing I can tell you, is that the ATI one, will get much hotter, as it would be in a laptop, and laptops have much worse air circulation than desktop PC's (unless you have a sealed case)
