Default DELL 3007WFP and PNY Quadro NVS 295

on a Dell Optiplex 755 Using a dual-link cable. The Card sees the screens native resolution as 1280x800 when it should be 2560x1600. When setting the resolution to anything higher than 1280x800 it creates the pan&scan, screen scrolling effect. How can I get the screen's true native resolution to work?!?...
