Default Dell say the graphics card is fine - pls help!

I have a matrix on my pc when I play a game or go on google earth - its not their during intro scenes etc but then comes into play. I have a screen shot of google earth showing the matrix if it helps but im not sure if I can display it on here

Not sure what you mean but updating the GFX drivers would be a good place to start.

Hi,

They looked at the PC remotely and uninstalled the video driver then reinstalled it so he doesnt think it is the graphics card. He thinks it maybe the screen - surely this inst possible is it?
