 Dual 8800GTs or 1 8800 GTS 614mb?
One GT will probably (the 512mb version) perform better than the 640mb GTS.
Ram/gpu/shader oc'ing dependent though.
Uses less power too.
Plus you're not limited to sli-coded games to get the performance boost of two cards.
