Are you running the latest graphics card drivers...

Is there a patch available for the game from the makers...

Does the PC only crash when playing this game?

I am running the latest drivers. No patch available. It crashed on World of warcraft after 2 hours compared to age of conan (guessing because it takes more to run AOC). I would think this is an overheat issue, but it cant be as my card isnt running hot. Im so confused lol

Sure, remove it and clean it with a small brush.

Get it spotless and make sure it is properly fitted back on, if it is not you will cook the CPU in seconds.
