| To be honest with you they're both lousy graphics solutions and provide pretty much the same amount of performance. The 7300 is DX9 only with it's pixel pipes and vertex shaders, the 8300 is DX10 and DX9 with it's stream shaders which take the place of the pixel pipes and vertex shaders in the 7300 making it, supposedly, a better performing architecture. In higher end cards, this tends to be so. But in the low-mid end segment this hasn't been the case so far. AMD's X3850 might change that but we'll have to see. Anyway, out of the two? Neither. But if forced to choose? 8300.

| Crysis is heavily dependent on the gpu. Like the majority of game titles nowadays. You'll be able to play at decent frame rates, with a lot of detail, at upto 1680x1050 with the GTS.

| double the graphics cards = double the fun. Well thats the idea anyway. Big performance boost with dual graphics but you start talking a lot bigger bucks for that. |

| Think of it like a dual-core processor. Its the combined power of two to make the job half as laborious - if that makes sense. Its only really needed in gaming, i believe, maybe wrong here, that they render alternate frames so that each card is doing half the work. This leaves you more power to pump up the settings to max. |

| But it only works in SLI/Crossfire coded games. Of which there are, comparatively, very few. It also means more cost outlay; for the second card, and the more powerful psu. Potentially also the motherboard, dependent on model. Also, the highest performance boost I've ever seen personally was around 60%. Which ain't bad but must do better!
