Yeah, it's definitely the PSU. Like I said, do NOT buy cheap PSUs, always buy name brand. Not only do off-brand PSUs have problems with powering systems, they can fry your entire system quite easily.

Looks like I was ripped off then cause that one wasn`t cheap.

Anything from Antec, CoolerMaster, Raidmax, PC Power & Cooling, there's a list of good manufacturers somewhere here. Someone knowledgeable about parts in the UK can let you know a good retailer to buy from.

Anyone know of this one from FSP

Any help appreciated as im going to return the other one, and if this one gets the thumbs up, I`ll buy this while Im there.

Well I have replaced the psu with the FSP one, but it hasn`t cured the problem.
Any other suggestions?

Very weird. Absolutely sure you have the PCI-E lead connected to the video card?

Yes, it`s an agp card and has a standard 4 pin power connector, not the pci e type.
