Best bet is still an 8800GT i reckon.

But please get the RAM too or you will have a huge bottleneck.

RAM is super cheap anyway, 2GB for £35-£40 in the right places.

With those two things you should be able to max out most games.

According to Asus you have a suitable PCI-E slot.

i do have a PCI E slot but it is only the 1x version not the 16x which i think is what the 8800 works on if i did have a PCI E 16x slot i wouldnt have a problem lol

btw on my comp motherboard theres like a load of metal circles that seem to make the size of a PCI E x16 slot but there is no slot there , also above the circles is a sign sayin PCI E x16 so am i spost to intall a slot myself or somin

u can see it on the http://www.asus.co.nz/products.aspx?...14&modelmenu=1 site next to the PCI E x1 slot ( the small white 1 )

Ooopsss, well spotted, It isn't a PCIx16.

Time for a new mobo, which probably means new CPU too.

If it's a month you might as well wait. Cheapest AGP card worth it is HD 2600 PRO but you're still wasting ~$100 as no new motherboards support AGP.

As for the P4 thing, depends on how old the processor is. You're really best off doing a complete upgrade though.
