Right you have a molex plugged into your harddrive, unplug it and connect the splitter, then plug the splitter back into you harddrive
You will now have a free molex left over coming off the splitter, plug that into your graphics card!

Thankyou and BTW you asked me the other day what my power supply is, it is 350Watt one. Does this really matter?

Nah not really now, a 350w should be fine to power that graphics card

I went to install the splitter, and when I unplugged the hard-drive there was already a spare plug, so I used that in the end.
