Default gt or gs, difference?

i thought i already posted this but did a search and nout came up so i musta dreamt it, neways, currently i got a 7600gs, gonna upgrade it to the 8600gt, cuz i want a dx10 plus i got vista so maybe itll help, anyways, whats the difference in any series when it comes to gt or gs?

Edit: the GT are generally a better card, apart form that your question is a bit to broad to answer the 5,6,7,8 series of cards lol

hehehe na ur answer will do fine, i googled round abit aswell and found pretty much the same trend, gt are newer better versions of the same card, cheers pal!
