Thats the CPU speed, i mean find the speed of the RAM, you can find the speed of the RAM in CPU-Z.

Once you know the speed of the RAM you can get another stick of matching RAM for about £20.

Oh sorry, I misread that and thought it said "posted RAM speed, meant CPU"..

I won't look yet as I have other things I need to buy before then, but I was thinking of getting another identical CPU, if linked up would I have an equivalent of a 2GB Quad Core? (I have a 1GB Dual)
