What do you guys think about that graphics card?

No, you can't, and no it's not.
It doesn't even have a separate video card.

No computer will last you "10+ years" for games - trying to play anything modern on a computer from 1998 will be a recipe for disaster. The max it will last you is 2-3 years in modernity. Of course, you can always do other stuff like word processing for as long as you want but graphics updates will quickly surpass it.
The best prebuilt I can find in Canada is this, but several reviewers noted damage in shipping. Your best bet is to either build it yourself or have someone do it for you.
