HELP.. Lines on monitor and shaking

Default HELP.. Lines on monitor and shaking
I have vertical lines on my screen and my screen keeps shaking, im not sure why it happened, all i done was plug my tv and xbox into my extension lead thingy and then i turned my computer on and its like this... Please help

I'd start by unplugging the tv and xbox from the extension lead thingy.
