Help! my display on my 1080p TV was fine but now it not!

My desktop display on full 1080p res was fine but now the task bar is under the screen and things are just far far off screen! how do i get it to work right again!? but my videos games at the same res are just fine.

try messing with the orientation of the dispay (using the buttons at the front of the monitor) I'm not 100% sure that this is what's cauing it, but its a possibility.

there are no buttons on the front and its only my desktop thats messed up. at the same res my games look 100% fine

Have a look at your remote and see if there is a screen size button. On mine there is a button for changing the screen ratio (should be a rectangle symbol with arrows on the inside).

Try the different ratios until your taskbar appears.
