| Please can someone help me! I have just bought a new laptop which is sadly without an S-video cable. I do however have a VGA to component. The problem I'm having is that my telly has a maximum refresh of 50 Hz, where as on my laptop I can only select an output of 60Hz! Is there any way I can reduce the refresh rate on my computer so my telly & my laptop are compatible???? My Computer has the following Spec: Model: ASUS X51R Series Operating System: Vista Premium Graphic: Generic PnP Monitor on ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 Thanks guys! |

| It will only let me select 60Hz. I've downloaded an advanced version of display settings (as recommended by a friend) but there are no useful settings there. Surely there must be a way to get whats on my computer onto my TV??? Please someone help! |
