| go into control panel, display and then settings..........I can't change mine either but i think it's because i only have a small monitor.....15inches I think..............maybe this is the case for you too. |

| You don't say how old your graphics card is nor your monitor,seems as though your monitor cannot display any better than it's default settings,you could try the refresh rate on your monitor,this is normally set to 60 htz,you could try to set it higher one setting at a time until you get it right 72 to 75 htz seems to be the norm in a crt monitor |
