I don't have enough RAM in my computer and I am wondering if there is a way to use my graphic card as a ram.

When ram gets over load I want graphic card to substitute for extra memory that it needs. Currently my hard-drive does that, but as you already know it's really slow, especially when you are playing PC games.

My computer have 1gig of ram, NVIDIA GeForce 512mb 8800 GT, and Intel Pentium Dual 2.0GHz.

Nope, sorry. RAM is cheap though.

Get a few more sticks of RAM, if you can't get any more into your motherboard, replace what's there with a bigger stick.

What an absurd question.. :haha: I mean no offence, I just find it curious that someone would arrive at that point, rather than just asking a question about what RAM to buy..

Just get yourself 2 x 1GB sticks

Just a thought, assuming it was possible.

A game would take you over that RAM limit, then dump it on your graphics card, leaving your graphics card with no memory left to render things on screen and performance would probably go down..

You may have heard of "GPGPU" or General Purpose Graphics Processing Unit. Takes some strain off the CPU in specific tasks.

Buy RAM, get fast PC, miles of smiles mate.
