I have a GeForce 8600gt.

Using SpeedFan it reads at 67c idle. I dont game or anything so I have no idea how hot it gets on load. My computer doesn't crash or anything but that seems HOT! If I touch it, its VERY hot. Seems dangerouse. The little fan on the card is spinning...

any help would be great!

that might be a bit warm, but its not fantastically hot. GPUs run at a lot higher temp than CPUs. i wouldnt worry about it, but if youre worrying about it you could fit a after market cooler, or try to improve the airflow in the case.

It's fine.

Yep, the graphics cards heat up a lot, but they are designed to do so.

It's fine unless it won't be higher than +100C under full load. It's on the safe side.

I never put it under full load, as far as I know. I dont play games. At most, I watch movies, and play music video's at parties.

Then you have on reason to worry about that video card, because it'll be better than fine. Normal temperature for that is something like 50-60C when idling, so, I guess that it's a bit too high, but not that high, so, you'll be fine with it.
