Default i am trying to install a driver for a video card and get this message

I e-mailed the company who makes the video card but I dont wanna just wait a week to get a reply from them. What can I do about this? This is the card I am talking about. Its an AGP type card if that helps. I posted about this problem on another comp forum and they said dont worry about it and just install the drivers so I figured Id get some more opinons on this matter.

Just click continue anyway, it's common and nothing to worry about.
