Default I Need to Replace My Graphics Card But....

OK - my graphics board died

I had an GeForce 7600 GS card which I used to drive 2 screens - one an old analogue VGA and one a new(ish) digital screen. Basically, I use the digital screen for Photoshop work and the analogue screen for mail/ net/ etc.

I removed the dead card and plugged the VGA screen into the VGA socket on the motherboard and all seems to work! It took a bit of messing about (drivers, etc) but at least I can get on the net, etc. This now leaves me with the problem of what to put in as a new graphics card.

The GeForce 7600 GS I had was an ASUS card and it didn't require a separate power supply.

However, almost everything I'm now looking at seems to want one

The spec of the PC is:
ASUSTek M2NPV-VM motherboard (has a Geforce 6150 graphic built in)
2 x Pentium 4 AMD 22Mhz processor
2 Gig memory
2 x hard disk
2 x DVD drives
& a host of USB and other connectors...

The power supply I have says it's 500W

Would I need another power supply or need to upgrade if I introduced a graphics card which needed (say) 350W? And, can anyone recommend a (cheapish for preference) card which will allow me to drive 2 screens, each of which is 1280 x 1024 px, with reasonable speed? Also I can't see any available connection from the PSU. How can I get anything else connected to it (assuming there's enough power)?

So many questions....

Thanks for your help.

8300/8400 should be fine. Really just buy the cheapest thing with 2x DVI.

Normally I'd say list the PSU manufacturer but those cards will pull less than the 7600 so it shouldn't be a big deal.
