Default If I have purchased my graphics card with my PC

from Dell do I go to Dell for driver updates or nVidia.? I am working with the nVidia 7300 LE.

nvidia, dell is just the brand for your computer.you can download the driver installation program for your card here:http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=1526(its not from the nvidia site, but it is the official nvidia driver for your card)

Nvidia web updates... Dell has no updates for its components produced by other manufactures.

The drivers should be mostly the same, but Dell mostly has proprietary setups (set up specific to them). Though you would be fine going to either place, Dell would have the drivers optimized for their particular machines and setups. Never use the drivers updates provided at Microsoft Updates as they provide generic drivers and do not work right all the time (I found out the hard way on that and downloaded from there and my machine crashed...was able to bring it back up again under limited video).
